Clinical Acuity Journal is an independent medical publication devoted to the rigorous evaluation of surgical methodologies, advanced wound management, and tissue engineering. We publish high-acuity case reviews, comparative product analyses, and peer-reviewed clinical reports for surgeons, reconstructive specialists, and the clinicians who work at the bedside.

Our reporting is unaffiliated with device manufacturers, hospital systems, or industry sponsors. Every report is measured against a single standard: does this intervention improve outcomes for a patient in front of a clinician today.
